In-Store Accessibility

Service Animals & Support Persons
Service animals are welcome on all public areas of our premises. Support persons may accompany a customer with a disability without restriction. There are no additional admission fees charged for support persons accompanying a customer with a disability.
Temporary Disruptions
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to facilities or services normally used by customers with disabilities, AJ's Jewelry will post a notice as promptly as possible. The notice will include the reason for the disruption, its expected duration, and any alternative facilities or services available.
Employee Training
Our team receives training that covers how to interact with customers with various types of disabilities, how to use assistive devices available on the premises, what to do when a customer with a disability requires assistance, and our policies on accessibility and inclusion.
Information & Communications
When asked, AJ's Jewelry will provide information and communication materials in accessible formats or with communication supports, in a timely manner and at no additional cost.
