We ship within the United States and offer free in-store pickup at our store in Ridgewood, Queens.
Shipping
- Free Economy Shipping is available on orders of $100 or more. Standard and Express shipping are also available, with rates shown at checkout.
- Many items are in stock and will ship within three business days (Monday - Friday).
- Personalized jewelry, such as name necklaces and personalized charms and pendants, is made to order. Please allow two to three business days from the time of your order.
- Custom pieces designed from scratch, such as engagement rings and intricate charms and pendants that involve CAD/CAM, take at least two weeks after design approval.
In-store pickup
- Free pickup is available at 57-44 Myrtle Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385. Choose Pickup at checkout.
- Orders are usually ready in 2-4 days.
