Built from mathematically defined lines, curves, and shapes, a vector file remains perfectly precise at any scale and can be followed by our laser engraving and cutting machine with absolute accuracy — every curve clean, every line sharp, every element of the design reproduced exactly as specified.
Our team took the gym's logo and carefully rebuilt it as clean vector art — tracing every element of the design, preserving the specific graphic details, letterforms, and composition that make the mark immediately recognizable as this client's gym. Where elements needed to be adapted for clean reproduction in metal — fine lines adjusted for the engraving process, details refined for expression in gold — those adjustments were made with care, always keeping fidelity to the original logo as the guiding standard.
Laser Engraved and Laser Cut in Yellow Gold
With the vector file finalized and production-ready, the design moved to our laser engraving and cutting machine — and the gym logo began its transformation from digital artwork into 14 karat yellow gold.
The laser first engraved the surface detail of the logo into the gold sheet — the graphic elements, the interior linework, and any fine detail that gives the mark its character and makes it immediately identifiable to anyone who knows the gym. Once the engraving was complete, the laser then cut the pendant out of the gold sheet — following the outline of the vector file exactly and producing the silhouette of the logo with edges that are crisp, precise, and true to the original design. Precision is what the laser delivers. Refinement is what the jeweler adds. Once the engraved and cut pendant came off the machine, it went directly to our bench jeweler for the finishing work that transforms a precisely produced piece of gold into finished fine jewelry.
Edges were smoothed and refined, surfaces were polished, and the 14 karat yellow gold was brought to the warm, rich finish that the metal is capable of at its best.
