AJ's Jewelry has sold and made wedding rings at 57-44 Myrtle Ave in Ridgewood since 1988. Our customers come from Ridgewood, Glendale, Maspeth, Middle Village and the rest of Queens. Sizing, engraving and matching a band to an engagement ring are all done in our own shop, so you work with one jeweler from the first fitting to the day you pick up your rings.
We carry wedding bands in 14 karat gold and in sterling silver, and we keep bands in stock in our Ridgewood store. If your wedding is only days away, come in and we will fit you from what we have on hand.
There are three classic shapes to choose from. A comfort fit band is rounded on the inside so it slides over the knuckle easily, and comes in gold or silver from 2mm to 8mm wide. A slim half round gold band has the traditional domed outside with a lighter feel. A milgrain band, in gold or silver, adds a fine beaded edge on each side. Gold bands come in yellow, white and rose. Our diamond wedding bands include channel set, shared prong, half anniversary and full eternity styles in 14 karat gold, 18 karat gold and platinum, with natural or lab grown diamonds, plus men's diamond bands. If you cannot find the band you have in mind, we make it. Most custom bands take at least two weeks after design approval. To get started, book a free consultation or bring your engagement ring to the store.
A comfort fit band is rounded on the inside as well as the outside, so it feels smoother going on and off. A half round band is domed on the outside and flat on the inside, which makes it a little lighter.
Yes. Bring the engagement ring in and we will shape a band to sit flush against it, with or without diamonds.

Yes. We keep sterling silver and 14 karat gold wedding bands in stock, so we can help with a last-minute wedding. Call ahead with your ring sizes if you can.
